    July 20

    Angel R. Niviella Quichimbo, 34, of Peekskill, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    July 21

    A 17-year-old male from Goshen was charged with sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Anton W. Simmons, 36, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and driving while intoxicated, a felony. He was released to a third party.

    Jamis M. Pilgrim, 23, and Jeremy D. Gray, 23, both from Paterson, N.J., were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    July 22

    Joel Flores, 43, of New Hampton, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Stephen J. Walker, 28, of Goshen, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Wendy V. Calderon, 37, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party

    Shamirah R. Hauer, 22, and Jerry Mayo, both of Binghamton, were charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic with intent to sell) and criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies. They were released on appearance tickets.

    Laura M. Versace, 42, of Garrison, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket.

    July 26

    Laudiel Fernandez, 35, of the Bronx, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

    Cindy Hernandez, 20, of Newburgh, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    William F. Kimbrough, 38, of New Windsor, was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket.

    Jillian V. Hernandez, 23, of Highland Mills, was charged with two counts of second-degree obstructing governmental administration, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and first-degree operator impaired by drugs, misdemeanors. She was released to a third party.
