    Wilton Sylvestre, 51, of Brooklyn, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 5.

    Nov. 9

    A 20-year-old Monroe woman was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Carlos Castro-Gomez, 20, of Monroe, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and sexual misconduct without consent, misdemeanors. He was released pending a future court appearance.

    Nov. 10

    A 17-year-old Monroe male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Larry Johnson, 30, of Montgomery, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Carlos Marte-Castillo, 35, of Ridgefield, N.J., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Nov. 11

    Juan Torralba-Moya, 48, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    A 51-year-old Washingtonville man was charged with an open-container violation and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Nov. 12

    Juan Salas, 29, of Ridgewood, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Tyler Stoeckert, 20, of Walden, was arrested on a bench warrant on a charge of second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned and was being held in Orange County Jail on $125 cash bail pending a future court appearance.

    Mamuka Lomidze, 45, of Brooklyn, was charged with having an imitation inspection sticker, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Nov. 11

    Naomi M. Hernandez, 28, of Rockaway Park, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic), felonies; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor; and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was released on bail bond.

    Felix M. Rosario, 30, of the Bronx, was charged with false personation, a misdemeanor, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic), felonies. He was released on bail bond.
