    Sept. 14

    Alejandro Garcia Berdejo, 47, of Chester, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and for an ignition interlock violation. He was released on $100 bail pending an Oct. 2 court appearance.

    Sept. 17

    Jeyson Santiago, 22, and Elmy Sandoval-Firpo, 21, both of Yonkers, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on $100 cash bail each, pending an Oct. 2 court appearance.

    Tyler Carlyon, 24, of Newburgh, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    Sept. 18

    A 25-year-old man from Highland Mills and a 24-year-old from Monroe were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on appearance tickets for Oct. 16.

    Sept. 19

    Evan Lemmerman, 20, of Monticello, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 2.

    Thomas Beauregard, 55, of Harriman, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    Sept. 20

    Ivan Sanchez, 31, of Middletown, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16

    Alex Pongo, 21, of Harriman, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was arrested again later the same day for the same offense. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.
