    Alejandro Crespo-Contreras, 26, of Chester, was charged with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental administration, misdemeanors, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony. He was issued an appearance ticket for June 2.

    William N. Truitt, 58, of Fitchburg, Mass., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for June 2.

    Brett K. Reccord, 31, of Wilbraham, Mass., was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for June 2.

    Nazariy Myniv, 24, of Yorktown Heights, was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors, and released on an appearance ticket for June 2.

    Steven Best, 28, of Monroe, was arrested on two bench warrants for fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for June 2.

    Darwin P. Remache-Crespo, 21, of Monroe, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for June 2.

    Harry J. Oliver, 59, of Washingtonville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for June 2.
