    Jules Lacouty, 57, of Monroe was charged with having an imitation or counterfeit certificate of inspection, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for July 1.

    Joshua Kabinoff, 34, of Harriman, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and trespassing, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for July 1. He was arrested again on June 16 for trespassing and yet again on June 20 for trespassing.

    June 16

    John Nelson, 56, of Middletown, was charged with having an imitation or counterfeit certificate of inspection, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for July 1.

    A 23-year-old Monroe man was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, and issued an appearance ticket for July 1.

    June 17

    A 22-year-old Monroe man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for July 1.

    Epifanio Gonzalez, 51, of Monroe, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for July 1.

    June 18

    Aron Karpen, 34, of Bloomingburg, was charged with having an imitation or counterfeit certificate of inspection, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in town court on July 1.

    June 20

    Juan Torralba-Moya, 48, of Monroe, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for July 1.
