    Sept. 20

    An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 7.

    John Sernotti, 49, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Oct. 7.

    Angelo Calderone, 24, of Highland Mills, was charged with third-degree stalking, a felony, second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 7.

    Omar Correa, 36, of the Bronx, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 7.

    Peter McGarty, 60, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Sept. 30. He was arrested again two days later for second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,500 bond.

    Sept. 21

    Rasheena Wesley, 35, of Teaneck, N.J., was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 7.

    Sept. 24

    Justin Colon, 23, of the Bronx, was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, driving with ability impaired by drugs, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Oct. 21.
