    Manuel Nieves-Alicea, 36, of Newburgh, was charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 16, a felony, driving while intoxicated, and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released pending a Jan. 6 court appearance.

    Dec. 20

    A 33-year-old New Windsor man was charged with an open container in a motor vehicle violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Jan. 6.

    Dec. 22

    Hector Meza-Gomez, 28, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 6.

    Josh Conklin, 32, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 6.

    Vasiko Athridonidze, 34, of Monroe, was charged with having an improperly bonded vehicle for hire, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 6.

    Dec. 24

    A 48-year-old Monroe man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Jan. 6.
