    Feb. 8

    Wilmer Santos, 20, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felonies, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, misdemeanors, and an interlock-ignition violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.

    A 19-year-old male from Monroe was charged with operating a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol under the age of 21, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for March 11.

    Terry Pierre, 36, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.

    John Skivington, 53, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.

    Feb. 9

    Justin Shuback, 48, of Cornwall, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.

    Feb. 11

    Anthony Caraballo, 23, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for March 4.

    Feb 12

    An 18-year-old male from Middletown was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 19.

    Jason Martinez, 21, of the Bronx, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for March 4.

    Pedro Franzua-Martinez, 38, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for March 4.

    Simon Fulop, 38, of Spring Valley, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to the Spring Valley police on a warrant for vehicle and traffic offenses. He is scheduled to appear in Monroe court on March 4.

    Feb. 13

    Lenin Sepulveda, 33, of Middletown, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to the New Windsor police on a warrant for petty larceny and is scheduled to appear in Monroe court on March 4.

    A 25-year-old Monroe man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for March 4.
