    Sept. 10

    Leasse Ruiz, 24, of Jacksonville, N.C., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 15.

    Darwin Remache Crespo, 22, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 29.

    Three Monroe males - two 21-years-old and the third 19 - were charged with open-container violations and released on appearance tickets to Sept. 29.

    Sept. 11

    A 60-year-old Monroe was charged with an open-container violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 29.

    Michael Cowan, 35, of Monroe, was arrested on a bench warrant for second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanors, and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was turned over to the Village of Ellenville police.

    Sept. 13

    Alexander Valle, 20, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, making graffiti, possession of graffiti instruments, resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. There was also a bench warrant for his arrest from New Windsor for second-degree harassment. He was issued an appearance ticket for Sept. 29.

    Sept. 16

    Jonathan Contreras Sanchez, 21, of Highland Mills, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and several traffic violations. He was issued an appearance ticket for Sept. 29.

    Jairo Sanchez Hernandez, 24, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors, and several traffic violations. He was issued an appearance ticket for Oct. 6.

    Jairon Garcia Garcia, 20, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Oct. 6.
