    A 20-year-old Monroe man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    A 21-year-old man from the Bronx was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    Ana Orellana-Castillo, 26, of Monroe, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    An 18-year-old female from Monroe was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16

    A 23-year-old man from Highland Mills was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 6.

    A 25-year-old man who police described as homeless was charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    Rodney Tennant, 25, of Lititz, Pa., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.

    Edwin Garcia, 25, of Miami Springs, Fla., was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Oct. 16.
