    Nov. 4

    A 66-year-old Monroe man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Ralph Marciano, 60, of Staten Island, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Ketevan Chkheidze, 23, of Brooklyn, was charged with having an imitation or counterfeit certificate of inspection, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 6.

    A 16-year-old male from Harriman was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    A 17-year-old male from Monroe was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Nov. 6

    Bryan Rodriguez, 31, and Shannon Rodriguez, 36, both of Greenwood Lake, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets for Dec. 4.

    Nov. 7

    Douglas Gold, 26, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to the city of Beacon police department who had a warrant for his arrest on a separate charge of aggravated unlicensed operation. He is scheduled to return to Monroe village court on Dec. 4.

    Nov. 8

    Lipa Moskowitz, 22, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Princeton Redway, 29, of Danbury, Conn., was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.
