    Nov. 16

    Roxanna Elizabeth-Delcid, 28, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree assault, a felony. She was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 cash bail or $1,500 bond, pending a future court appearance.

    Nov. 18

    A 44-year-old man from Chester, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Nov. 19

    Alejandro Gimenez, 21, of Highland Mills, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Oscar Linares, 24, of Pomona, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    Rolando Reyes, 42, of Hamilton, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 18.

    Richard Rivera, 22, of Milford, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 4.

    An 18-year-old male from Chester was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. He was released on his own recognizance pending a Nov. 20 court appearance.

    Nov. 20

    Douglas Marsico, 43, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $3,000 bond pending a future court appearance.

    Nov. 21

    Louis Day, 37, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was turned over to the Middletown police department.
