    Gerald Medina, 29, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors, and harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for June 17.

    Amber Rosatosca, 25, of the Bronx, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving with a suspended registration, misdemeanors. She was released on an appearance ticket for June 17.

    June 1

    Amanad Ruiz, 41, of Newburgh, was arrested on a bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for July 15.

    June 2

    Pedro Franzua-Martinez, 39, of Monroe, was charged with false personation and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for June 17.

    James Taylor, 61, of Greenwood Lake, and Samantha Mendelsan, 30, of Monroe, were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released on appearance tickets for June 17

    James Taylor, 35, Benjamin Williams, 26, both of Monroe, and Katherine Sypien, 26, of Commack, were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. Sypien was also charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. They were released on appearance tickets for June 17.
