James Taylor, 35, Benjamin Williams, 26, both of Monroe, and Katherine Sypien, 26, of Commack, were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. Sypien was also charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. They were released on appearance tickets for June 17.
