    July 6
    A 63-year-old Monroe man was charged with second-degree harassment, a violation. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail pending a July 17 court appearance.
    Michele Brindley, 50, of Harriman, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or $3,000 bond pending a July 17 court appearance.
    Daniel Evtuch, 82, of Harriman, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned and released on an appearance ticket for July 17.
    Tyler Wilkison, 22, of Highland Mills, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 21.
    Claudia Castillo-Palma, 33, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 21.
    Gerardo Reyes-Salazar, 31, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 cash bail or $500 bond pending a July 17 court appearance.

    Nuchem Kleinman, 33, of Monroe, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 21.
    Xavier Jimenez, 27, of Middletown, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 21.
    A 73-year-old New City man was charged with trespassing, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 7.
    Richard Merwede, 26, of Highland Mills, was charged with having an imitation or counterfeit certificate of inspection, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 21.

    Peter Kwon, 29, of Goshen, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 21.
    Walter Delcid, 38, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood, misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released on an appearance ticket for July 17.

    Joshua Berrier, 26, of Exton, Penn., was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 7

    Delmer Castelluccio, 67, of Fort Montgomery, was charged with having an imitation or counterfeit certificate of inspection, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 7
    A 48-year-old Monroe man was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 7.
    Joel Adler, 21, of Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 7.
    Jason Tarkett, 44, of Highland Mills, was charged with having an imitation or counterfeit certificate of inspection, a misdemeanor, and released on an appearance ticket for Aug. 7.
