Members of the One Woodbury & Republican team announce their slate for Woodbury Town Board

The One Woodbury & Republican team of Anthony Spagna, Kathryn Luciani and Timothy Finnegan announce their candidacies for Woodbury Town Board in the Nov. 2 General Election.

Spagna, who is running for Woodbury Town Supervisor, is a retired NYPD officer and the father of two.

Luciani, who is running for Town Council, is the mother of five and the Village of Woodbury Fire Department recruiter.

Finnegan, who also seeks a seat on the Town Board, is an Army veteran, the owner of Finnegan’s Pub and father of two.

“All three individuals have shown their dedication to Woodbury and sincere compassion for fellow residents through their various volunteer positions and community involvement,” Sandy Capriglione wrote in the press release announcing the candidacies. “Over the past few years, however, they have become increasingly distressed at the widening and unnecessary gap between the Town and Village Boards, and the financial detriment it has been to taxpayers. The lack of communication and transparency shown by the present Town Board has left many residents confused and questioning Woodbury’s future. Together, Anthony, Kate and Tim believe they possess the qualities that the Town needs to unite the boards to work together, strengthen the community, and lead Woodbury forward- in other words, The Right Team at The Right Time.”
