Parish Outreach and Girl Scout Troop 524 are collecting new backpacks to help families in the coming school year now through Aug. 17.
It has been a tough year for so many in our community and something as simple as a new backpack can really brighten a child’s return to school.
If you would like to make a donation, please bring a new backpack and leave in the designated boxes outside the Parish Outreach Center (formerly the convent) behind Sacred Heart Church on 26 Still Road on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
