The Monroe Downtown Revitalization Committee is sponsoring the first annual “Love is in the Air” Valentine’s Day event on Saturday, Feb. 13.
The Monroe Downtown Revitalization Committee is sponsoring the first annual “Love is in the Air” Valentine’s Day event.
On Saturday, Feb. 13, beginning at noon, paper hearts will hang in the trees on downtown Lake Street.
The public is invited to take a heart and bring it to any of the participating businesses and place in the box.
On Valentine’s Day there will be a live drawing on the Monroe Downtown Revitalization Facebook page at 6:30 p.m.
Winners will be selected at random.
This event is free to the public and there will be 250 hearts.
One winner per family and 21 and over to claim your prize.
