Central Valley. Monroe-Woodbury Drumline breaks out for graduations

The Monroe-Woodbury Drumline came back with a bang this past week.

Lead by senior co-captains Josh Leviseur and Jeremy Lanuti, the Drumline performed at several celebrations for the graduating seniors of Monroe-Woodbury High School.

Due to COVID restrictions and the cancellation of football games and parades over the past year and a half, the Drumline had been unable to perform.

However, the teens got together on their own time and put together a spectacular performance to celebrate the end of a turbulent year.

The performances were made possible by District Music Coordinator Christopher Taborsky and High School Principal John Kaste who invited the Drumline to kick off the Senior Car Parade, as well as visit all of the Top 25 Monroe-Woodbury Graduates in their classrooms (seven of the remote students were visited at their homes).

They also did a performance for the Monroe-Woodbury Middle School band students.
