Mediacom Communications announces corporate management promotions

Mediacom Communications announced the following promotions for key members of its corporate management team:

Fuad Alnajjar has been promoted to Vice President of IP Networking. In this role, Alnajjar leads the engineering aspects of business services and wireless projects. He will also work with both internal and external groups on design, network architecture, testing, deployment and software-defined networking technology.

Alnajjar joined Mediacom in 2014 and lives in Brooklyn.

Regina Burgos has been promoted to Vice President of Payroll. In this position, she oversees the payroll for all 4,500 employees and the payroll tax filings in 24 states.

Burgos joined Mediacom in 2006. She lives in Hyde Park.

Pradeep Kanda has been promoted to Vice President of IP Networking. In this role, Kanda leads Mediacom’s enterprise network engineering and cybersecurity team.

Kanda joined Mediacom in 2013. He lives in Florida, N.Y.

Belinda Maldonado has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. In this position, Maldonado is responsible for a variety of Human Resources functions including information systems, reporting and analytics, compliance, employee relations and performance management.

She also serves as an advisor to field-based HR leaders to ensure the consistency and integrity of human resources practices throughout the organization.

Maldonado joined Mediacom in 2006. She lives in Monroe.

Kristi Salmon has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing, Business Services. In this role, Salmon is responsible for brand positioning, customer acquisition and retention campaigns, innovative employee sales programs and new product launches for both Mediacom Business and OnMedia, Mediacom’s advertising and production services arm.

She lives in Monroe.

Michael Sobotor has been promoted to Vice President of IP Development. In this position, Sobotor is responsible for new technology development for our residential high-speed data, Wi-Fi and video services.

Sobotor joined Mediacom in January 2005. He lives in Warwick.
