Minerva Horn passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at her residence in Monroe. She was 94 years old.
The daughter of Max and Gertrude Ornstein Schindler, she was born on Feb. 26, 1927, in the Bronx.
Minerva was a guidance counselor for the New York City School System.
Survivors include her loving husband Harvey S. Horn at home; her son James Gazetas of Fort Lee, N.J.; her sisters: Blanche Lari of Plainfield, N.J., and Selma Katz of Pompton Plains, N.J.; and by her three grandchildren.
Minerva was predeceased by her beloved son Marc Horne.
A Graveside Service was held May 6 at Orange County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Craigville Road, Goshen.
