Eric Fighera of Monroe passed away on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2021, at Garnet Health Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. He was 58 years old.
The son of Angela and Frank Fighera, he was born on Feb. 2, 1962, in the Bronx.
Eric was a plumber for the New York City Housing Authority.
Survivors include his loving wife Jennifer A. Fighera at home; his mother Angela Fighera of the Bronx; his children: Eric A. Fighera of Monroe and Angela G. Fighera of Monroe; and by his brothers: Anthony Fighera of the Bronx and Frank Fighera of New York City.
Visitation was held Jan. 13 at Smith, Seaman, and Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Ave., Monroe.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated Jan. 14 at Sacred Heart Church, 26 Still Road, Monroe, followed by interment at St. Raymond’s Cemetery in the Bronx.
