Anne G. Weinert of Woodbury passed away on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021, at Park Manor Rehabilitation Center in the Town of Wallkill. She was 88 years old.
The daughter of William and Katherine Muth Maidhof, she was born on June 14, 1932, in the Bronx.
Anne dedicated her life to being a loving wife of 52 years to the late Richard G., and was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of Highland Mills Methodist Church.
Survivors include her sister Barbara Herdina of North Carolina; her beloved children: Richard J. Weinert and his wife Onidia of Circleville; Linda Younes and her husband Brian of Newburgh; Carl W. Weinert and his wife Beverly of Warwick; and Kenneth E. Weinert and his wife Eileen of Highland Mills; her grandchildren: Nicholas, Matthew, Thomas, Jason, Tracy, Micaela, Colin, Samantha, Michael and Andrew, and her three great grandchildren.
Visitation and a chapel service were held Feb. 10 at Smith, Seaman and Quackenbush Funeral Home, 515 Route 32, Highland Mills.
Interment followed at Orange County Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Goshen.
