    Oct. 24

    Victor Molena, 41, of Monroe, was charged with second-degree assault, a felony, and second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond, pending a Dec. 2 court appearance.

    Henry Amador, 43, of Monroe, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree assault, misdemeanors, and harassment, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Nov. 4.

    Oct. 25

    Vladimir Giglevitch, 57, of Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Dec. 2.

    Antwann Williams, 25, of Newburgh, was charged with driving with ability impaired by drugs, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for Dec. 2.

    Oct. 27

    A 45-year-old Harriman man was charged with an open-container violation and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 2.

    Oct. 28

    Dannel Brown, 32, of New Windsor, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 2.

    A 22-year-old Monroe man was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct and littering, violations. He was released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 4.

    Oct. 30

    A 30-year-old Spring Valley man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Dec. 2.
