Joe Mancuso Playground to be dedicated

Monroe Joint Park and Recreation Commission invite the community to a celebration of Joe Mancuso and his 16 years of service with Smith’s Clove Park on Sept. 26 at 6 p.m. The Joe Mancuso Playground at the Park will be dedicated and then cake and coffee will be served.
