Apex Brewery has a beer for brain cancer research funding

A portion of proceeds from all beer sales will benefit StacheStrong’s funding mission.

May 11, 2022 – Monroe, NY – Apex Brewery is participating in a national beer collaboration with StacheStrong in solidarity with 250+ other craft breweries. This campaign will raise funds and much awareness for brain cancer research. Participating breweries will raise money through sales of their limited-edition beer. Each brewery will have a unique recipe.

#BrewStacheStrong (7.2% ABV) is a Hazy IPA brewed with Bergamot hops with heavy orange tones and color, says David Holm, Apex Brewery managing member.. The Apex version of the #BrewStacheStrong flows at Apex Brewery taproom locations on draft and in cans while available. One dollar per draft beer or four-pack goes toward brain cancer research initiatives.

“We are more than happy to continue our history of donating to charities that provide hope and care for folks in need,” says Holm.

“Being in a position to not only provide hope for families and patients diagnosed with brain cancer, but also serve as a catalyst for change by collaborating with Apex Brewery to raise significant funds and awareness for brain cancer research is something I’m truly passionate about,” said Colin Gerner, President and Co-Founder of StacheStrong.
