Tribute to Grateful Dead at winery

Warwick — Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery will host its third annual tribute to the music of the Grateful Dead on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 14 and 15, from noon to 5 p.m. Musicians celebrating the music of the Dead and Jerry Garcia this year include Tormented Citizen, Ray Longchamp, McMule, Uncle Shoehorn, and Wigjam. On Sunday the Gratefulband, Steve DiVenuta, Larry Amato, Reflections and Jam Stampede will perform. In addition to the music, Pané, the winery bakery café, will be serving food both indoors and at the outside BBQ, including barbecued oysters, pulled pork and barbecued chicken. (Coolers are not permitted.) Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. The winery is located at 114 Little York Road, in Warwick.
