‘New York and the Hudson Valley' exhibit at West Point on Oct. 3

The West Point Class of 1929 Gallery will present an opening reception featuring New Windsor artist Dorian Lee Remine and her exhibit called “New York and the Hudson Valley” on Sunday, Oct. 3 from 2 to 4 p.m. The gallery is located on the 5th floor of Eisenhower Hall. Remine has been working as a watercolor artist for the past 20 years, as well as an illustrator for Salesian Missions Books since 1996. She has been commissioned to paint many historic buildings and landmarks. Dorian has won numerous awards for her watercolors. She is a member of the American Artists Professional League at the Salmagundi Club in New York and is a winner of its Medal of Honor; their highest award in the water media category at its Grand National Competition, which had juried entries from across the United States.
