Usher in fall with master storyteller Jonathan Kruk as he brings to life Washington Irving’s classic tale of the Headless Horseman and Ichabod Crane.
He will give one of his popular and spellbinding performances on Monday, Oct. 14, at the Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame, 240 Main St., Goshen. There will be two sessions, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. and from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Kruk's rendition from Irving’s "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" sells out every autumn for Historic Hudson Valley. Don’t miss your chance to be transported by the ghostly tale of the headless Hessian soldier and the hapless schoolteacher.
Kruk was selected by Hudson Valley Magazine as “Best Storyteller in the Hudson Valley." He is author of "Legends and Lore of Sleepy Hollow and the Hudson Valley" and "Lore of the Hudson Highlands."
He also has a bedtime tale app and a multimedia project, “Supernatural on the Hudson.” Kruk’s books and CDs will be discounted and available for purchase at the shows at the museum. To learn more visit jonathankruk.com.
