Get into the holiday spirit by joining the annual "Christmas in the Village" at Museum Village on Saturday, Dec. 7, from noon to 5 p.m.
This event is free to the public (donations are welcome; all proceeds go toward Museum Village's Education Program). Please bring a non-perishable food donation for Country Kids Food Pantry!
What to expect
Come see Santa by the fire place; take a stroll in Santa's Workshop; play Elf on the Shelf; enjoy Holiday Entertainment in The Playhouse; Christmas Sing Along in the snack bar; hear the voices from Song of Valley Chorus; and more fun crafts and activities throughout the village.
There will be food for purchase in our Snack Bar and the Gift Shop will be open to get a head start on those stocking stuffers!
Schedule
12:00 - Santa arrives. Come see Santa by the fire place in the Visitor Center.
12:30, 2:00, 3:30 p.m. - Christmas Shows in Playhouse (limited seating).
Christmas Sing Along in Snack Bar every half hour starting at 12:30 p.m.
2 p.m - Song of Valley Chorus performing in Merritt Store
Taste home-made gingerbread cookies in the Log Cabin.
Face painting in the Drug Store.
Write letters to Santa and make a holiday puppet in the Merritt Store.
See the Elf's sorting your letter's to Santa at the North Pole in the Weave Shop.
Find the elves in Farm Tools,
Purchase an ornament in the Print Shop as a donation to our Community
"Giving Tree" out on the Village Green.
Our buildings will also be decorated and open to explore.
