The waiting is the hardest part

On Sept. 22, 2014, the Village of Kiryas Joel held a scoping session at Bais Rachel Paradise Hall regarding the potential environmental impacts of the proposed annexation of 164 acres of land in Monroe to the Village.

To my knowledge, the meeting was videotaped by the Town of Monroe, the Village of Kiryas Joel and United Monroe.

To date, the video has not been made available to the pubic, as promised.

What was the point of filming the meeting if it will never be shown to the general public?

Why is this video being withheld from public viewing?

Will it ever be put online?
    If so, when?

How much longer will the people who were unable to attend the scoping session have to wait to see the full video?
