This year marks the 31st anniversary of Warwick Applefest. This major annual fund raiser, to be held on Sunday, Oct. 6, is sponsored by the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Applefest has grown into a top event in the region, and now attracts more than 30,000 visitors annually. It has been voted “Best Food Event” and “Best Family & Arts Festival” by Times Herald-Record readers for several years, and has been included in the “Top 100 Events in the Nation” by the American Bus Association.

In addition to hundreds of craft and food vendors, music performances on several stages and a children’s activity area, more than 50 area not-for-profit organizations rely on Applefest as their most important fund raiser of the year.

To help ensure the success of this important fund raiser, festival organizers seek the support of sponsors. Organizers look forward to welcoming both returning and new sponsors to the event’s “Sponsorship Row.”

The names of Applefest sponsors will be branded with various levels of recognition, prior to and during the festival, including banners, print, radio and digital advertising. Sponsors at specific levels also have the opportunity to take orders and sell items at their booth.

This year’s sponsorship packet, posted on the Applefest website, describes the opportunities and benefits of the different sponsorship levels. For information about Applefest, and to download this year’s sponsorship brochure, go to www.warwickapplefest.com.

Sponsorship levels fill up quickly. Space is limited, and the deadline for sponsorship confirmation is July 26.

If interested in supporting Warwick Applefest 2019 through sponsorship, please contact the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce at 845-986-2720 or info@warwickcc.org.
