Before coming to Blooming Grove, Mary worked at AT&T in New York City and in 1964 she moved to the Blooming Grove area with her husband Patrick.

After taking time to raise her family Mary worked at Washingtonville High School and then Monroe-Woodbury High School as a Special Education Assistant.

During her life Mary enjoyed many things including camping, cruising, and just sitting on the beach at Montauk.

In recent years she enjoyed playing Bridge, Mahjong and her time with the ladies at Book Club.

But most of all she enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to her outstanding and extremely dedicated medical team of Dr. Rachel Colvin, and Dr. Jeffery Stewart, and the entire staff at Mid Hudson Oncology for taking such good care of her.

We would also like to thank all the family and friends who took Mom to dinner, lunches, book club, Mahjong and the countless doctors appointments.
