'I love my SOFY'

Dear Mr. Neil Dwyer,

The Monroe YMCA is not just my place of employment, it very much a community center.

We are a affordable place where the working class can come work out, and if they have children they are well taken care of and loved.

During my "shift" of three months to five years, the children play, color, do crafts, are read to and eat their snacks from home.

My grandsons, who are older, take boxing classes now and enjoy them.

My daughter who is a school teacher, also enjoys teaching a Piyo class on Sundays.

We are very community minded, and loved by are immediate community, but also have members from Warwick, Middletown, Chester and other surrounding towns.

I love my SOFY!

Sincerely,

Sue Foley
