Alvina Alliu of Monroe passed away Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019, at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. She was 22 years old.

The daughter of Vilson and Edlira Spahiu Alliu, she was born July 15, 1996, in Middletown.

Alvina was a student at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh.

Survivors include her father and mother at home, her brother Alfons Alliu of Monroe, and her grandmother Tushe, of Monroe.

Visitation was held Jan. 19th and Jan. 20th at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Avenue in Monroe.

A Graveside Service was to be held Jan. 21 at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Totowa, N.J.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital, 100 Woods Road, Valhalla, NY 10595.
