CENTRAL VALLEY — Members of the Smith Clove community enthusiastically participated in the first-ever holiday door decorating contest.
The hallways are decked out with elves, Snoopy, snow globes, gingerbread houses and more. There is even a Grinch sighting.
Congratulations to the fist-place winners – the teachers in the PT hallway, who collaborated on a four-door, one-theme masterpiece, which includes the Grinch, Santa and other characters from The Grinch Who Stole Christmas.
Second place was awarded to teacher Claire Navarra, whose snowman spectacular included a trio of snowmen with blinking lights.
Third place went to Dana Quinn and her Snoopy theme.
Walking into Smith Clove right now is like walking into a winter wonderland.
