Jasmine D. Estevez, 33, of Harriman, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in village court on Aug. 20.
Aug. 17
Rene E. Laboriel, 47, of Harriman, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and third-degree attempted assault, misdemeanors. He was released pending an Aug. 20 court appearance.
Aug. 18
Carlos M. Ruiz, 41, of Harriman, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, fourth-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree arson, misdemeanors, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was released pending an Aug. 20 court appearance.
John A. Lacey, 21, of Harriman, was arrested on a warrant for petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail on $2,500 bail pending a future court appearance.

Reid F. Wilson, 22, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance.
