Assemblyman James Skoufis responds

I appreciate the opportunity to respond.
I always welcome the opportunity to discuss issues with any constituent, including Mr. Zecher. He emailed me about some of the items raised in his letter on December 6, 2016, to which I personally responded the next day.
Mr. Zecher emailed again on October 28, 2017, which I followed up with a phone call to him. We discussed the issues in his email at length for about a half hour.
That’s why I’m genuinely surprised at the criticisms in Mr. Zecher’s letter. In fact, if anyone Googles “Environmental Facilities Corporation” and “Skoufis,” one of the very first links is an article entitled “James Skoufis Slams Kiryas Joel EFC Award.”
