  • The Village of Monroe is hosting a Halloween parade on Sunday, Oct. 29.



MONROE — The Village will be hosting a Halloween parade on Sunday, Oct. 29, at noon.

Participants should meet at Planet Pizza and will march to Smith's Clove Park.

Curfew

Meanwhile, the Monroe Village Board has imposed a Halloween curfew for young people under the age of 18 from Saturday, Oct. 28, through Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each day.

Appearance tickets will be issue to violators.
