    German Ortiz Suarez, 25, from Queens, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bail pending a May 3 court appearance.
    April 3
    Levani Jibladze, 28, of Brooklyn, was charged with possession of a counterfeit inspection sticker. He was released to appear in village court on May 3.
    April 4
    Jeffrey Morrison, 51, of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more. He was released pending an April 19 court appearance.
    April 7
    Heber Jacito-Portillo, 30, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a May 3 court appearance.
