The audience votes at this ukulele competition on March 18 WASHINGTONVILLE — St. Therese Classical Academy is hosting a Ukulele Competition at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 18 Hallock Drive Washingtonville, on Saturday, March 18, at 1 p.m. Monetary awards include a first-place prize of $100. To register as a performer for this event visit www.stcacademy.org/events.html and click the registration link. Acts must include one ukulele and are limited to 2 performers. There is a $10 registration fee. All ages are welcome. Doors open at 12:45 p.m. and tickets are $10 at the door. Your admission includes a seat, a flower lei and a voting card.
