Happy Halloween from Scoops and Smiles

Glenn Schaffer, owner of Scoops and Smiles at 554 Route 17M in Monroe, wants to extend a very happy Halloween to all local residents who stop by between 4 and 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31, in costume with a special treat of free ice cream - while supplies last. "This is my way of saying thank you to the community for a great summer," Schaffer said. "After Halloween, see you next year."
