Osmon Fagardo-Perdomo, 25 of Monroe, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 7.
A 26-year-old Monroe man was charged with unreasonable noise, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 7.
Aug. 9
Nereida Marquez-Torres, 35, of Highland Mills, was arrested on a bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on $200 bail pending an Aug. 17 court appearance.
Tara Hegarty, 21, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree assault, misdemeanors. She was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 cash bail and $2,100 bond, pending a Sept. 7 court appearance.
Joseph Waldron, 21, of Monroe, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and failure to surrender a license or registration, a misdemeanor. He was released after paying a fine to close his case.
Omar Taylor, 29, of Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and second-degree harassment, a violation. He was arraigned and released after posting $75 bail, pending and Aug. 17 court appearance.

Aug. 11
Jonathan Vanderheide, 24, of Slate Hill, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on $75 cash bail pending a Sept. 7 court appearance.
Eric Milisauskas, 32, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and ability impaired by drugs, misdemeanors. He was released on $100 bail pending an Aug. 17 court appearance.

Amanda Ruiz, 38, of Newburgh, was arrested on a bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. She was released pending an Aug. 17 court appearance.
Christopher Stanger, 24, of Stony Point, was charged with torture and injuring of animals, a misdemeanor. He was released on an appearance ticket for Sept. 7.
